A Federal High Court has affirmed the examination of removed Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II over a claimed N2.2 billion land trick.

Equity Lewis Allagoa on Tuesday excused the major human right suit recorded by the previous Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor against Governor Abdullahi Ganduje, Kano Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission, its executive just as the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice.
